Working as part of our customer service team you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible service each time they contact us.
Roles and Responsibilities
Telephone and administrative based customer service position
Delivering great customer care in a warm, genuine and friendly manner
Prioritising and processing customer contact via telephone and email
Taking inbound calls from customers with queries about, or looking to make changes to, their motor insurance
Conducting outbound calls to customers & third parties to follow up on case updates
Processing incoming communication from third parties to ensure our systems and customers are kept up-to-date
Maintaining thorough and accurate records
Delivering targets and working towards deadlines
The successful candidate must have a strong can-do mentality and be comfortable in a high pressure call centre environment

Skills and Experience
Telephone experience of inbound and outbound calls
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Friendly, patient and helpful
Team player with the ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Beneficial but not essential
Experience in the insurance industry
Experience within motor insurance
CII qualification
Experience with Open GI software
Salary and Benefits
Salary £24,000

Monday to Friday, early or a late shift.
Early - 08:30 – 17:30
Late - 10:00 - 19:00
Every Third Saturday 09:00 – 15:00
