Taking inbound calls from customers with queries about, or looking to make changes to, their motor insurance
Outbound calls will also need to be made to customers to chase outstanding items required to complete their policy
Working within the customer service department you must have exceptional attention for detail and provide a service of the highest possible standard
The successful candidate must have a strong can-do mentality and be comfortable in a high pressure call centre environment
Working to deadlines you will also be required to liaise with our internal underwriters and our insurer partners to provide the best possible service to our customers
You will also be prepared to pitch in to assist in other areas and go the extra mile to see the business succeed.

Skills and Experience
Experience with Open GI software (intermediate level)
Experience with Word and Excel (intermediate level)
Experience in the insurance industry
Experience with motor insurance
Telephone experience of outbound and inbound calls
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Team player with the ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business
Experience of working towards and achieving targets
Beneficial but not essential
CII qualification
Salary and Benefits
Salary range £19,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
Eye tests with contribution towards cost of spectacles (if required for VDU use)
